Booking and payment

Bookings are confirmed after full payment. Prices are in UAH unless stated otherwise.

Traveller responsibilities

You must provide accurate data, hold valid travel documents, and follow carrier rules.

Itinerary changes

We may change the itinerary, schedule or carrier for safety, weather or technical reasons. We will notify you and, if significant, offer an alternative or refund under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII.

Operator liability

We are liable for our services under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII. Liability is limited to the tour price where permitted by law.

Personal data

We process personal data for booking and communication under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Ukrainian law. We aim to resolve disputes amicably; otherwise, Ukrainian courts have jurisdiction. Operator details are provided per the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 3272-IX dated 21.09.2023 and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII.
